About Me.
l enjoy helping people move beyond pain and injury, build a stronger relationship with their body and move with greater ease and confidence.
Trained in Soft Tissue Therapy (Remedial Massage), Pilates, JEMS, and currently studying Osteopathy I bring a unique approach shaped by over 20 years of treating, teaching, study and my personal movement practice.
I have a special interest in movement and sports biomechanics, particularly working with runners, swimmers, cyclists, and surfers. I combine hands-on treatment with awareness and movement-based strategies to improve efficiency, reduce strain and promote long-term resilience.
As a late-40s woman experiencing the evolving perimenopausal body first-hand, l've developed a special interest in working with similar-aged women who want to feel stronger, more connected, and more at ease in their bodies. It feels great to gather and train with other women keen to navigate this season with finesse.
I also enjoy supporting clients seeking to improve their mental well-being through body-based practices. Seeing the results of sensitive bodywork that emphasises safety, integration of mind and body and allows for exploration of sensation in a purposeful and supported manner, has been one of the highlights of my recent years of treating.
l have been a keen runner, ocean swimmer and mountain biker in the past, hence my interest in these sports. I still enjoy a little shuffle and a swim now and then, but these days I'm more likely to be found swinging a kettlebell, whirling round a dancefloor or practising qi gong on the beach.
