Whether you're living with persistent pain, recovering from an injury, or simply wanting to move more freely, you've come to the right place.​ I believe your body is remarkably adaptable. Pain, stiffness and tension are rarely signs that it's broken. More often, they're signs that it's working harder than it needs to.​​

My role is to help you understand why.​

Through a combination of skilled hands-on therapy, movement education and personalised rehabilitation, I help people restore ease, confidence and resilience in the way they move.​

​

Rather than simply treating symptoms, we'll work together to uncover the patterns that may be limiting your movement—whether that's inefficient breathing, unnecessary muscle tension, protective habits following an injury, or movement strategies that no longer serve you.

​The goal isn't simply to feel better after your appointment.

It's to leave with a deeper understanding of your own body and the confidence to keep moving well long into the future.

Soft Tissue Therapy

​

Hands-on treatment to relieve pain, improve mobility and restore healthy movement. Sessions combine soft tissue therapy with movement assessment, breathing education and practical strategies to address the underlying causes of recurring tension and injury.

Private Pilates

​

One-to-one Pilates sessions in East Ballina or online, designed to build strong foundations for lifelong movement. Ideal for persistent pain, postural concerns, hypermobility, returning to exercise, or anyone wanting personalised guidance before joining group classes.
